Group Visit Request Form

Group visits are available for high school students (grades 10–12) with three weeks’ notice.

Please note: Group visits require a minimum of 10 students and no more than 40 students. At least one chaperone per every 10 students is required. Chaperones should be prepared to stay with the group throughout their visit.

Student ambassadors will guide you on a 60-minute campus tour and you’ll have the option of meeting with one of our admission representatives for an information session.

Group visits begin at either 10 a.m. or 1 p.m.

To register, use the form below to select an available group visit date. We will confirm your reservation request within 3–5 business days. Please do not make travel arrangements until we have confirmed your group visit date. Please note that if your group arrives more than 15 minutes late, your visit itinerary may need to be altered.

If you have questions about group visits, please contact our Assistant Director of Campus Visits, Chantal Gadoury, at gadoury@susqu.edu.
