2017 Creative Writing Day

Thank you for your interest in this year's Creative Writing Day! We look forward to hosting you for a day of readings and workshopping. We invite high school juniors and seniors who are passionate about creative writing to be a part of our event which includes participation in readings and workshops with our Writers Institute faculty, comprised of nationally recognized writers, and a select group of current creative writing majors. 

Because of the large response we receive for the event, we limit the number of students attending with a school to 10. If you are planning to attend with your school, please confirm with your teacher that the group is not larger than 10 students.
 
We will begin the day at 9am with registration and all activities will end by 3pm. Lunch will also be provided to you and your chaperone, so all you need to bring is a writing utensil and your passion for creative writing. We hope to see you here!
